MX Marketing and
Brand Management

MX Marketing and Brand Management was born from a moment of challenge and a vision for change. During the pandemic, as the world paused and many faced uncertainties, Ximena found herself at a crossroads. With a decade of experience in marketing and an impressive educational background, including studying social media strategy at Miami AD School and Brand Management at Cornell University, Ximena’s expertise was extensive. Yet, it was her master’s degree in Psychology that truly set her apart, giving her a unique lens to understand both marketing and people.


Despite her expertise and array of certifications, Ximena faced unemployment during the pandemic. It was during this period of introspection and contemplation that the idea of MX Marketing and Brand Management began to take shape.


Ximena’s journey in the marketing industry had exposed her to the inner workings of various agencies. She observed a common chaos: agencies struggling to balance a high volume of clients with limited resources. This often led to a compromised quality of service and a loss of personalized touch. Determined to redefine this dynamic, Ximena envisioned an agency that would operate differently – one where quality would never be sacrificed for quantity.


MX Marketing and Brand Management was thus conceived with the aim to change the perception of marketing agencies in the business world. Ximena wanted to create an environment where each client would receive the attention and bespoke service they deserved. Her background in psychology became the cornerstone of MX’s approach, allowing for a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and a more empathetic and human-centric way of marketing. In a world where we have lost touch with our human nature, brands have the power to change this.

Her expertise lies in creating robust marketing strategies that leverage consumer behavior, data analysis, and AI-driven techniques to drive substantial growth for brands in a digital landscape. With a background in Psychology, she brings the perfect combination for marketing success. She is also certified in Google and Facebook Ads, HubSpot CRM, Social Media Marketing, and holds advanced diplomas in digital marketing, project management, and brand development from prestigious institutions like Cornell University, IE University, and Miami AD School. Her leadership style and out of the box thinking style promotes positive team dynamics and effective project management, making her a cornerstone of MX Marketing and Brand Management’s success.
Nicole Kessel

Nicole Kessel is the Marketing & Creative Director at MX Marketing and Brand Management, bringing a rich background in Industrial Design and Graphic Design to the team. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Nicole delved into multidisciplinary graphic design, gaining expertise in creating comprehensive brand identities that encompass conceptual and visual aspects. Her journey includes leading her independent project, Not An Agency, and working with a diverse client portfolio, including four U.S. businesses. Nicole’s global mindset and willingness to embrace different cultures enhance her creative approach, allowing her to craft innovative campaigns that forge strategic partnerships and boost business growth. Her passion for design and commitment to teamwork make her an invaluable asset to MX Marketing and Brand Management.

Romina Vazquez

Romina Vazquez serves as the Marketing Manager at MX Marketing and Brand Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism, bringing a fresh and innovative approach to the marketing team. Romina combines her journalistic insight with marketing acumen to produce creative and compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Her organizational skills and free-spirited nature allow her to manage complex projects with a unique flair, contributing significantly to the team’s creative output and strategic objectives. Romina’s approach not only breathes new life into traditional marketing tactics but also ensures that all projects are executed with a blend of creativity and precision, aligning perfectly with the company’s goals and vision.
